GMBWALE is a digital software service. Once account access or digital service activation is provided, payments are generally non-refundable.
Refund May Be Considered For
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error preventing activation
- Wrong charge due to a system issue
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel future subscription billing. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund the active billing period.
